Jessica Donner
Executive Director
Jessica Donner (she/her) is the executive director of Every Hour Counts, a coalition of national citywide organizations that increase access to quality learning opportunities, particularly for underserved students. The organization is a leading voice promoting expanded-learning systems.
Jessica manages the organization's efforts to develop policy recommendations and solutions, test the feasibility of policy and practice recommendations and disseminate findings, and deliver technical assistance to communities to build expanded learning systems. Prior to joining Every Hour Counts, she directed statewide and national service-learning initiatives at the National Service-Learning Partnership at the Academy for Educational Development and the Massachusetts Department of Education. She holds a master's degree in urban policy and management from The New School, and a bachelor's degree in English from the University of Pennsylvania.

Susan Diaz
Senior Director of member engagement
Susan (she/her) is a dedicated professional with extensive experience in the Out-of-School Time space. As the Senior Director of Member Engagement, Susan spearheads our network learning opportunities, overseeing workgroups, coaching support, content creation, and knowledge-sharing initiatives.
Having personally benefited from afterschool and summer camp experiences, Susan developed a profound passion for enrichment work at a young age. Her background includes serving as the Director of Enrichment Programs at the NYC Department of Education, Office of Community Schools. In this role, she provided invaluable coaching and guidance to school and program leaders, ensuring the success of enrichment and summer programs.
Outside of work, Susan is an avid traveler and culinary enthusiast. She loves exploring new places and trying diverse cuisines with her family and friends.

Daisy Lor
Program Manager of member engagement
Daisy (she/her) is a bridge-builder between communities and resources. As Program Manager of Member Engagement at Every Hour Counts, she leads network learning opportunities, fosters collaboration among members, and strengthens connections that expand access and impact.
Previously, as Children & Youth Services Coordinator, Daisy designed and led initiatives that strengthened parent-child relationships, expanded youth development and out-of-school time opportunities, and addressed disparities in health, housing, and education. She also brings grantmaking experience, where she mobilized resources to Indigenous leaders and organizations advancing positive child development through language revitalization and generational healing.
Daisy resides on the traditional lands of the Dakota and Anishinaabe, where she enjoys spending time with her family, attempting new recipes, and exploring the local food scene.

Ann Durham
Technical assistance advisor
Ann Durham leads the technical assistance efforts of Every Hour Counts for the Advancing Opportunities for Adolescents initiative, supporting communities in their development of continuous improvement approaches and out-of-school time systems. Ann served as the executive director of the Providence After School Alliance following time as the organization’s deputy director and director of quality initiatives. Prior to joining PASA, Ann worked at the Kennedy-Donovan Center in Foxboro, MA, Jumpstart in Boston, and the Wellesley Centers for Women at Wellesley College. Ann holds a B.A. in English with a minor in Women’s Studies from Skidmore College and an Ed.M. in Sociology and Education from Teachers College, Columbia University.
Marco Lima
youth voice advisor
Marco Antonio Lima is an advocate and researcher based in Providence, RI. His work focuses on addressing the needs of BIPOC and LGBTQ+ individuals and in supporting organizations in leveraging the expertise of young people in improving public systems. In the past he has worked with a variety of organizations such as the United States Department of Education and Brown University Health. Alongside his work inside academia and in the classroom, Marco has presented at notable conferences such as SXSW EDU, he has been invited to the Ford Foundation’s conference on polarization, and served as a panelist on youth wellbeing for the White House’s Youth Policy Convening under President Biden’s administration. Marco currently attends Brown University where he concentrates in Africana Studies and Public Health and is a Presidential Scholar.
